It is not necessary to have perfect information. 3-Cubed includes reconciliation and sensitivity analyses to assist you in making decisions using "good enough" data.
Make use of the PROFIT data to create a digital model of your current operations that will serve as the foundation for optimization efforts.
What are the key issues & opportunities?
Examine the accuracy of the cost, customer, and control metrics computed by the digital model. Correct any information errors and run sensitivity analyses.
Use 3-cubed algorithms that indicate the interrelationships between metrics, to determine the root cause of any issues.
Determine the metrics that you want to improve in order to achieve your management objectives.

Once you've chosen or modified an improvement idea, 3-Cubed will incorporate the change into the digital twin to calculate the impact on future state metrics.
